Courtney Rotherham
Courtney trained and worked in Christchurch for 7 years, including the Chef de Cuisine role at the multi award winning restaurant Cook 'N' with Gas. Whilst Head Chef there, the restaurant was winner of Canterbury’s Most Outstanding Restaurant ‘08 as well as receiving 3 beef and lamb gold plaques. She has kept herself busy entering salon culinaire winning silver, being the guest chef for the Christchurch Press, Waipara Wine and Food Challenge and hosting for Canterbury in the NZ Wild Game Bird Festival.
Courtney is delighted to have the opportunity to cook and create wonderful food for Market’s supporters.
Her menu is European influenced using the finest local product showcasing what New Zealand has to offer.
